Vintage Gravy Boat - Saint Amand et Hamage, made in France.

This very nice gravy or sauce boat ("Sauciere" in French) is made of tin-glazed pottery - or faience. This is the Andrinopole model from famous Saint Amand et Hamage workshop in the North of France. The pitcher sits on a matching plate attached to it. It is decorated with a beautiful dark red trim.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. A rare opportunity.

Reads: "Saint Amand et Hamage Nord, Andrinopole" on the back of the plate. Also signed with the letter Y on the back.

Size: 9.4" x 5.9" (24cm x 15cm).
