When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before noon French time ship that same day. Otherwise they ship the next business day. Orders placed on week ends ship the following Monday. For ground shipping, the transit time goes from 2 business days for France, 3 business days for the UK and up to 10 business days for the United States. Faster delivery methods are available, like FedEx International (e.g., order Monday before noon, get your order Thursday.). After ordering, please check your email for a message with an estimated arrival time.

What countries do you ship to?
At this time, orders taken on the Saveur du Jour site ship to the UK, Western Europe, US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan and Hong Kong. Please contact us directly for shipment to other countries.

How do I order Saveur du Jour products?

To begin shopping, simply click on the product category that is of interest to you and browse until you find the product you are looking for. To add an item to your order, click "Add to Cart". When you add an item, all your selections will be displayed with a subtotal. View your entire order at any time by clicking "View Cart". At Saveur du Jour, we take your security very seriously. We have implemented a couple of measures to maximize online payment protection. 1. We don’t store your credit card information (which is why you will need to enter it each time you come back to the site). 2. How can I track my order?
When you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email notification to inform you about your order status.

What should I do if the merchandise I have received is damaged?
We package your goods very thoroughly to avoid any damage during shipment. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier if the merchandise has been damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

What happens when a product is out of stock?
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Saveur du Jour site. You will be notified if an item is out of stock prior to placing the order. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.
